Vivek, can you explain what were your growing up years like?

I hail from Gorakhpur, a culturally rich town in Uttar Pradesh, renowned for landmarks such as the Gita Press—one of the world’s largest publishers of Hindu religious texts—and the Gorakhnath Mandir, among others. I completed my schooling there, actively engaging not only in academics but also in a wide range of extracurricular activities. Involvement in sports, cultural programs, writing, painting, and various competitions played a crucial role in shaping my early development and nurturing a strong sense of curiosity.

I’ll always be grateful to my school, teachers, and friends for creating a supportive environment that inspired me to think creatively and explore new interests. Equally instrumental in shaping who I am today are my parents. My father is an advocate, and my mother is a homemaker. Both of them have always been incredibly supportive and gave me the freedom to explore, learn, and pursue whatever I was passionate about. This foundation of encouragement and openness shaped my mindset and continues to influence me even today. I strongly believe that learning is a lifelong process, and this value is something I actively try to pass on to the next generation.

These early exposures—to diverse activities, an open learning environment, and a culture rooted in tradition and thought—have collectively shaped my journey and laid the groundwork for how I approach both personal and professional challenges today.
